Role Overview:

As the Marketing Communications Manager, you’ll be responsible for getting the word out about our company and what we do. You’ll create, plan, and manage marketing campaigns, making sure our message is clear, consistent, and reaches the right people. Whether it’s through social media, email, or other marketing channels, your job is to build our brand and keep customers engaged.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create marketing campaigns: You’ll plan and run marketing campaigns that help promote our products and services. These campaigns could be anything from email newsletters to social media posts.
  • Write clear, engaging content: Whether it’s blog posts, press releases, or social media updates, you’ll create content that communicates our message in a way that’s easy to understand and gets people interested.
  • Manage social media: You’ll keep our social media channels active and engaging by posting regularly, responding to comments, and making sure we’re staying up to date with trends.
  • Collaborate with teams: You’ll work with other teams, like sales and product development, to make sure all our communications are aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Monitor and report on campaigns: You’ll keep an eye on how our campaigns are performing, using tools to track things like website traffic, engagement, and conversions. You’ll then use this info to improve future campaigns.
  • Maintain brand consistency: You’ll make sure all our communications look and sound like us, sticking to our brand’s voice and guidelines.
  • Work with external partners: You’ll also work with external agencies, designers, and other partners to create marketing materials, ensuring everything stays on brand and meets deadlines.
