DESCRIPTION

As a leader in high-profile projects, you will manage a dynamic team of 5-10 professionals, overseeing cost estimates using our advanced measurement software. Your role will include preparing cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment, while ensuring adherence to CIQS Rules of Measurement and various formats. You’ll actively contribute to project success by providing pro-active cost management advice, performing site inspections, and reviewing cost variances to maintain financial control. With a focus on quality assurance, you will ensure thorough assessments of reports and change orders, while also preparing lifecycle cost estimates. Additionally, you will take charge of team development, conducting training, coaching, and evaluations, while collaborating with department directors to optimize budgets and internal processes. Networking and relationship-building will be key as you promote the business and enhance client connections. If you have 15+ years of experience and hold a relevant degree with PQS and/or MRICS qualifications, this is the perfect opportunity to take on a leadership role with impactful responsibility.
