Candidate credits are the currency used on our platform to connect with potential job candidates.

Here’s how they work:

  1. Getting Started: Registering on Perspectv, setting up a profile, posting new jobs, and getting matches to those jobs is all completely free.
  2. Use Credits to Connect: When you find a candidate who matches your job requirements, you use these credits to connect with them. Each connection costs 1 credit per candidate.
  3. Flexible Purchase Options: Employers can purchase credits in bulk or pay as they go. Each credit costs £35.
  4. Unlimited Connections: You can connect with as many candidates as you like, provided you have enough credits.
  5. No Expiry: Once purchased, candidate credits never expire, giving you the flexibility to use them whenever you need.

In essence, candidate credits streamline the hiring process, making it more efficient and significantly cheaper than using a traditional recruitment agency.

We find job seekers through social media, digital marketing, and job boards. In just two weeks, 100 test jobs generated over 15,000 applications. As for employers, while it takes a bit longer to reach them, they’re generally receptive to our value proposition.

Registering and getting started is free, posting jobs is free, and matching with candidates is all completely free – so companies have nothing to lose by signing up. After that, connecting and contacting pre-vetted candidates is just £35 per person. Compared to traditional methods, Perspectv is significantly faster, easier, cheaper and better.

To support our long-term growth and maintain stability, there’s a 36-month ‘lock-up period’ after purchase. During this time, you can’t sell or transfer your shares.

After 36 months, if you want to sell your shares, here’s the process:

  1. First, you must offer them to Perspectv. We have the first option to buy them back.
  2. If we don’t purchase them, other existing shareholders get the opportunity to buy.
  3. If no current shareholders buy, you can then sell to outside parties.

Perspectv generates revenue from both employers and job seekers, creating a unique and diversified income stream.

Employer Revenue

  • Pay-Per-Match Fee: Employers are charged £35 for each candidate they want to connect with.
  • Platform Access: The platform is free to register, use, and promote jobs. Employers only pay if they decide to meet matching candidates.
  • Average Revenue Per Job: We expect each new job to generate around £210. This is based on an average of 6 profiles being purchased per job.
  • Profile Purchases: Candidates are shown to multiple employers, and we work on the assumption that each candidate’s profile will be purchased at least 6 times.

Job Seeker Revenue

  • Profile Boosting Service: Each new job listing is expected to attract 100 job seekers. While not all will be ideal matches for that specific job, they are now in our system. We expect 35% of these registered job seekers to opt for our £8.99 profile-boosting service.

This dual revenue model from both employers and job seekers sets us apart and ensures a steady and diversified income stream.

In our first year, we anticipate revenues of around £3.5 million, leading to a profit of around £2.2 million post-expenses. With plans for expansion in the UK and US, we project a second-year pre-tax revenue of approximately £7.1 million and a third-year revenue of £22.5 million.

While these revenue numbers are projections and not guaranteed, the market potential is immense. With our unique approach and aggressive pricing model, we are perfectly positioned to take advantage of this opportunity.

Our financial resources are strategically allocated to ensure smooth operations, team growth, and effective marketing. Here’s a breakdown:

  • 30% for Operating Expenses, Admin Costs, and Contingencies: This portion ensures we can handle unexpected challenges and keep everything running smoothly.
  • 20% for Team Building: currently, we outsource most tasks to trusted partners, so we haven’t needed to hire any heavy hitters just yet. We remain flexible in this area and will hire the skills we need as we need them.
  • 50% for Marketing: We invest heavily in a multi-channel marketing campaign, including direct sales, email marketing, social media marketing, and digital advertising. Our plan is based on strategies that have proven successful for us in the past.

In essence, our financial allocation keeps us operational, allows us to grow our team as needed, and drives our marketing efforts to build awareness and traction quickly.

Our £300 million valuation projection is based on these goals:

  • By 2027, we aim to cover 53,690 jobs and 5.369 million job seekers.
  • We project an average of 6 profiles purchased per job at £210 each.
  • We expect 35% of job seekers to pay £8.99 to boost their profile.
  • After all costs and taxes, this is projected to result in £14.9 million in net income (profit).
  • Using an industry-standard exit multiple of 20, this suggests a £300 million valuation.

These projections reflect the high demand for efficient, affordable talent matching in the UK. While ambitious, we believe they’re achievable with effective execution.

If Perspectv is acquired by another company:

  1. As a shareholder, you’ll be notified about the acquisition.
  2. The value of your shares will be determined based on the acquisition price.
  3. Typically, in an acquisition, all shareholders are bound by the terms agreed upon by the company’s board and majority shareholders.
  4. If the acquisition proceeds, you’ll receive payment for your shares based on how many you own and the agreed acquisition price.

Remember, you obtained these shares as part of your purchase of candidate credits, not as a direct investment. As a minority shareholder, your rights in an acquisition scenario are limited.

The exact return would depend on the terms of the acquisition and the company’s value at that time. While acquisitions can be profitable for shareholders, they’re not guaranteed and minority shareholders generally don’t have control over these decisions.
