The Media Planner role will work on strategies that determine which media channels should be used to communicate with a client’s target audience. These strategies flow from the brand’s communications strategy and often need to be developed in conjunction with the client’s creative agency. The Media Planner will be responsible for producing media plans and forecasts and ensuring that campaign ideas, strategies and objectives are converted into tangible tasks by selecting the media platforms that best suit the brand or product advertised.
