Brief Job Overview: As a Performance Analyst, you will be responsible for evaluating and analysing key performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, develop performance measurement frameworks, and track progress towards goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement performance improvement initiatives, ensuring the continuous optimization of business processes. Salary Range: £35,000 - £55,000 per annum (depending on experience)
