Role Overview: As a Client Relations Coordinator in our firm, you'll be tasked with managing and cultivating a portfolio of client accounts. You'll work hand in hand with our development and project management teams to guarantee our clients receive unparalleled service and solutions tailored to their needs. Your key duties will involve solidifying client relationships, discovering new business prospects, and ensuring that projects are executed within schedule and budget constraints. This pivotal role is integral to our growth and you'll be instrumental in propelling revenue and client retention. 🎯 Main Responsibilities: • Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships, serving as their primary liaison • Unearth new business opportunities within existing accounts and aggressively scout new clients • Cooperate with internal divisions to formulate and deliver proposals that address client needs • Guarantee projects are executed on schedule and within budget • Supervise and report on project progress to both clients and internal stakeholders Key Hard Skills: • Prior experience in sales or account management, ideally within a software development or technology-centric firm • Proficiency in the software development lifecycle and experience collaborating with development teams • Familiarity with CRM platforms and tools for managing client relations • Capability to interpret technical documentation and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Comprehension of project management methodologies and experience in managing intricate projects Key Soft Skills: • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport and relationships with clients • Proficient problem-solving and analytical skills • A results-driven approach with a proven record of surpassing sales or account management targets • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting Salary Range: The salary range for this role is £40,500 to £60,500 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
