Job description

As a Senior Social Media Creative, you will play a pivotal role in repositioning our brand by developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and foster strong connections with our community. With a deep understanding of our audience, social media trends, and storytelling techniques, you will create compelling social video content and collaborate closely with the Creative and Design teams to produce captivating design assets. Your innovative ideas and proactive approach will contribute to the growth and reach of our social media presence, while integrating social and PR efforts to create impactful campaigns. Responsibilities: 1. Understand our community, their needs, and emerging voices to drive engagement. 2. Stay updated on social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly. 3. Create compelling social video content and collaborate with the Design Team for captivating design assets. 4. Tell stories through social-first video content to maximize audience engagement. 5. Align social media activities with marketing and business priorities. 6. Bring innovative ideas to grow reach and engagement with our social audiences. 7. Integrate social and PR efforts to create impactful campaigns. 8. Proactively lead the creation of award-winning social campaigns and video content that drive exceptional audience engagement and fan base growth. Hard Skills • Strong experience in conveying narratives through video production, with editing skills as a plus. • Creativity and storytelling skills to generate original ideas for engaging social content. • Exceptional copywriting skills that capture attention and inspire thought. • Excellent organizational and planning skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. • Strong communication, collaboration, proactive problem-solving abilities. • Passionate and curious about the business, bridging the gap between content and brand, with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines. • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse teams across the organization. • Degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Proven experience in leading the creation of award-winning social campaigns and video content that drive exceptional audience engagement and growth of a true fan base. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per year
