As a Talent Development Manager, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative talent development initiatives to support the growth and success of the organization. Drawing on your expertise in early careers and talent development approaches, you will collaborate with stakeholders to assess needs, build relationships, and deliver impactful programs. With strong change management skills and a commercial mindset, you will drive the development of global talent programs, early talent schemes, and learning initiatives, while providing insightful analysis and influencing strategic decisions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and implement innovative talent development programs using online and blended learning approaches. 2. Manage global talent programs to support the development and retention of top talent. 3. Oversee early talent schemes, such as graduate schemes or apprenticeships. 4. Drive change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of talent development initiatives. 5. Assess stakeholder needs and build effective relationships with key stakeholders. 6. Plan and deliver talent development programs in line with business requirements. 7. Gather and analyse data to provide insightful analysis and influence strategic decisions. 8. Collaborate across countries, functions, and cultures with cultural sensitivity. 9. Manage stakeholders through exceptional relationship management and influence at a senior level. 10. Prioritise activities aligned with business goals and deliver impactful results. 11. Demonstrate initiative, organisational skills, and agility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Hard Skills: • Strong grasp of innovative early careers and talent development approaches, including online and blended learning methodologies. • Experience in designing and running global talent programs to support talent development and retention. • Proficiency in running early talent schemes, such as graduate schemes or apprenticeships. • Change management skills to drive the adoption of talent development initiatives and navigate organizational transformations. • Commercial acumen, with the ability to gather and analyze data to provide effective insight and influence strategic decisions.
