Strong understanding of employment legislation and compliance requirements in the recruitment process. Proficient in conducting reference checks, negotiating job offers, and managing the onboarding process. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and candidates. Strong networking abilities and relationship-building skills to establish a pipeline of qualified candidates. Exceptional time management and organizational skills to handle multiple recruitment assignments and meet deadlines.
